All the above answers are on the right track!

I make a bleach solution in a spray bottle with 1 part bleach (regular or concentrated, ultra) and about 4 parts water. Spray on, soak, wipe off. Be careful not to get in your eyes, or on your hands (wear gloves.) If the mildew has stained your blind, you may need to still replace it. Good Luck.

Removing mildew stains from cloth: Begin by brushing of mold outdoors so you don't scatter mildew spores in the house. On washable fabrics, pretreat by rubbing detergent into the dampened stain. Then, launder(if possible but in your case, probably not possible) the items in hot water, detergent and chlorine bleach, if it is safe for the fabric. If the stain remains, sponge it with hydrogen peroxide, rinse and launder. If the item isn't bleach-safe, soak it in an oxygen bleach that is safe for colors, then wash it. Take non-washable fabrics to the dry cleaner and tell them what the stain is. You may not be able to do all of this because they are blinds and you do not say how big, etc etc but you might be able to apply some of the principles.

Dettox anti bacterial Mould and Mildew spray - I swear by it! Ready mixed and you can get into nooks and crannies with a direct spray. It obviously depends on the amount of build up but it's great if used at the first sign of anything. Spray and let it soak in for a bit and wipe down.

The only way is to spray it with bleach and scrub it off. If that ruins the blind then you have to replace it. You need to keep up with the mildew and make sure you air out the bathroom so it is not so damp.

Use 2 tbls of bleach to 1 qt of water then spray it well, making sure it doesn't drip onto anything that could be ruined. Also use it on the window and ledges. Then make sure to get adequate ventilation to the bathroom or it will just keep coming back. I would do this once a week for about a month to make sure you have killed all the spores. Then once a month as a preventative

Wash in washing machine on 30 degrees with plenty of detergent and 2 of the anti oxidising bleach tablets - such as Vanish. This will get rid of the mildew and leave the curtain nice and clean.

Take the blind off the top rail and remove the wood from the bottom then simply put it in the washing machine. I did both the kitchen and the bathroom and came out like new. Re-staple back onto the top rail and hang to dry.

My philosophy it needs replacing so I cant spoil it.
