I'm so scared to go in there so I sent the cat to find it and the reason I know there is one in there I heard it go over my dresser to the other side of if with all my stuffies and I'm about to call a mouse finder and have them de-mouse my condo. I'm going to loose my mind over this and the cat is going nuts cause there's one in the bedroom and one or more in the kitchen.

The condo are houses next to one another and I'm going to the hardware store and buy Decall so I won't be having the problem. I'm afraid the cat and dog will eat it. But I know the cat will love to play with the mice do to a cat fetish of dead stuff. Continue to give advice on this subject plz.

Good luck we have some since the weather has gotten colder. If you use glue trays get the white ones not the black ones for some reason they do not work. Mice are smart!!! Use the old fashion traps with peanut butter. We have cats and they don't work either!!!

Since you are afraid of them the exterminator is the way to go. Since you are in a condo, they may have a service that is part of your contract. In a condo, if the neighbors don't do anything about it the mice will keep coming back so if the contract allows for it the whole building can be exterminated.
Glue traps, poison & all the other ways mentioned will still require you to face the mouse & with the poison you can kill a mouse (or several) and not find anything but the dead smell for a long time until - if ever - you find a dead & rotting mouse, then if the cat gets it he/she might get sick.

First off, the mouse is as scared of you as you are of it. I'm surprised that you even have a mouse or mice since they can smell cats and don't like them.
Second, your cat is not a very good mouser if it hasn't caught it or them.
Third, if you have one or two, you probably have more. Has your weather changed for the colder or is somebody doing construction or digging near your condo? These would be reasons for the sudden appearance of mice.
Fourth, what to do. Well, you can call an exterminator who will probably do the job. Or you can do it yourself. One way is the old fashioned spring loaded and lethal mousetrap--load it with a bit of peanut butter on the trigger--they can't remove the peanut butter but have to lick it, better chance of catching them than if you use cheese or bacon (two other favored baits). Mice love peanut butter. Probably because its aromatic and its a high protein food.
Another possibility is to buy so called Humane traps, that catch them live, using similar baits. Problem then is you have to release them somewhere, either pushing the problem to somebody else or risking having them come back into your home.
An exterminator will probably use poisoned bait packages which when deposited in corners of various rooms will do the job nicely, except that the poison is slower acting and you frequently find what looks like a drunken mouse doing a death scene in the middle of your room.
The only thing I don't recommend is glue traps--sometimes they work, but other times not and if they do, you then have a live mouse glued to a board--cruel death for the mouse.
You should also go searching for entry points--unfortunately mice can compress themselves very easily and can get in through the smallest of holes and since they are rodents, they have sharp teeth and can make new holes in many substances. Stuff steel wool in any holes you find, as that will stop them from chewing their way in. Make sure you stuff it around holes in the walls where pipes enter.

Not all cats are mousers! You are better off with some glue traps placed along the walls and in the corners of closets behind dressers etc. Be brave that mouse is more scared of you, than viceversa. Then, after you have the traps out, look for how they are getting in. It only takes a hole the size of a pencil for them to get in.Find the holes , pack the hole with silicone or wall fill and make sure that you don't leave doors or unscreened windows open.

Shut the door to the room you know that a mouse is in, if you can and place something along the bottom of the door so it can't get out (they can squish through really small spaces.)
Hustle down to a hardware store or another store where they carry traps and buy a trap. I would use one of those metal box traps that lure them in and keep them alive, then take them for a walk or drive far enough away, that they can't find their way home.
peanut butter on crackers or bread will lure them into the trap. Try some apple as well.

If you have one in the kitchen, when you go to bed open all the cupboards and make sure the cat has access to the room. The cat will take care of the mouse for you. You have to find our where they are getting in and close the holes.

Are u sure it's a mouse you've heard? I had a noise in my room one night-it was my sister going through my stuff. Let the cat loose-it will save having to feed it!

Aww :) feed him and give him a name :) Whatever you do make sure it's humane please. Call the mouse catcher guy. If you use poison you risk your cat getting into it. Good luck :)
