Look in your local phone book. A lot of music stores also teach lessons.

The question may be directed more for a one-on-one, with someone who already has learned to play and is female. This is a great social opportunity when starting out and can develop into a hobby that you can relate to other girls who are interested in playing the guitar as well. Ask around to those who are in band or choir at school. A music teacher would be helpful. Even your friends or someone in the family might know someone who'd be willing to meet up with you and start an instructional environment. Another source would be a music store and anyone that works there who may even know of a female instructor or someone that already plays, to help you out somewhere nearby. You might even find some other girl who wants to learn too and you can get together. And it would be okay to let your uncle know what has been happening and what you may do to make things right for yourself before giving it all up. You might go on to become a member of an all girl band someday. It happens.
