I'm not a prejudice person. I am not only saying that to appear nicey-nice or anything. But there ARE times that I am prejudice. It is an awful feeling for me.

I have never really hated anyone else based on skin color because when I was little I lived for 6 or 7 years in an almost all black neighborhood. At one point I didn't really like gay people though. But then I got to know some gay people and it really changed my view of things. Gay people are great friends, I love mine to death.

Everyone is prejudiced, me included.
As I have gained experience, I have learned to recognize my prejudices, examine them, and discard the ones that are meaningless or simply wrong.
This requires the constant vigilance of an open mind... It isn't easy.

I always try to get to know a person first. Not to say that I have not been prejudiced in my life but as I get older, I find that I am a lot better about it.

havent we all. when we really dont know someone we seem to jump to conclusions based on apperance. sometimes skin color, ethnitiy and other factors contribute to why we do this. when you look at someone im pretty sure everyone already has some sort of opinion about them. for me people think im stupid and rrude because i talk loud and am sometimes really energetic.
