No, I do not sleep at work. I go to work each and every day and give my job 100% not matter what. I am being paid to provide a service and I leave everything else outside of work where it belongs. Sleeping on the job in my eyes is cause for immediate dismissal. You are being paid to provide and service and by going to sleep you aren't doing your work. In a way it is really a way of stealing from you employer.

All the time, i work in a hotel, so when some rooms are not sold, i tell the other workers i'm going to check on the other rooms (and that takes a good two hours,) and i sleep on a comfortable bed when the other guys think i'm checking. after two hours of sleep i tell an assistant manager to double check those rooms. (but they are normally in top conditions)

I used to do that at a job...I could get everything done in the first two hours, then I would sleep for like three hours and then I would spend the rest of the time, getting things done again...it was great.
