a99blkdog is correct. The shocks just dampen the springs so you not go bouncing down the road. The springs are what hold the vehicle level. If, you have Air Suspension there may be something there that could possibly cause the car to lean. Most times it the Spring, weak or damaged.

i own a repair shop, and its possible it could have a weak spring on it,,that will cause it to not set level at all some cars after a few years do give on the drivers side a lot,,you can have it checked, and see if that's it,it wont hurt anything and it could be a bad shock causing this also,,especially if it has gas shocks on it,,good luck,i hope this help,s.

It sounds like you have a suspension problem. Maybe you should have your shocks or struts inspected.
