my mobiles volume isnt increasing while playing songs? why is it so?

i am using nokia 3230, while i play song on it, it plays at very low volume but dont increase when i try to, is it because of any virus? i have even format it but didnt work!!

Nokia 3230 is a Symbian S60 R2 phone. None of the known viruses and Trojans for this environment causes the effect you describe - in fact, I'm not sure that this effect can be caused by software at all. The fact that even formatting the phone did not resolve the problem supports the notion that it is not caused by malware.

Most probably, your phone has developed a hardware problem. Your best bet is to take it to some service shop for repair.
