The ratio of 60 to 80 is 60/80 or 3/4. The percent decrease is
20/80 X 100 or 25%

The ratio of 32 to 36 is 32/36 or 8/9. % decrease is
4/36 X 100 or 11 1/9 %

32/36 = .89 This is a 11% decrease.
