Chinese and russian hamsters are more sociable than golden hamsters, which don't tolerate even littermates for more than a few weeks. However, I wouldn't mix races as they are different sizes and they might have different food and water habits. I know that chinese hamsters are easier to tame than russian, for instance.
I would stick to one type per cage!

You can not keep a chinese and russian hamster together! You may keep 2 of the russian hamsters together. If you get 2 russian hamsters let them mate and then take the male out of the cage he might try to eat the babies when they are born.

If you're not experienced in breeding hamsters then don't even go there. Hamsters will fight to the death unless you are very careful. Personally i wouldn't attempt to breed two different breeds of hamster together.

No, you should never house different species together. If you are asking if they will mate, they won't as they are different species. Even if it were possible for them to mate, they wouldn't produce babies as they have different numbers of chromosomes.
Chinese hamsters are well known for getting quite territorial (females in particular) so even if you were to risk them living together chances are they would fight.

Possibly if they are introduced at a young age or placed together slowly, giving them time to become accustom to each others scents.
Good Luck.
