Cardiff City and their current manager, Dave Jones, because he has done wonders to a club that has to face difficulties over the last couple of seasons!

Best Manager ever has to be Sir Alex, been with the same club for 20yrs, won a shed full of trophies and has natured homegrown talent!

Watford and the best manager they ever had was Graham Taylor. Took them from the 4th to the old 1st division in 5 seasons.

As for the best manager of any club ever, I don't like the bloke but Alex Fergusson has got a great record.

I'm a United fan, our greatest was Sir Matt. He built a great side from nothing, only to see it reduced back to nothing and almost killed at the same time, then in 10 years built up another great side that won the European Cup. Sir Alex isnt far away, he is the better manager in terms of trophies however circumstances dictate that it was much harder for Sir Matt.

Easy peasy.......
My club is SOUTHAMPTON, and our two best managers to date, although George Burley is performing a wonderful job this season, now we got rid of the chairman and his rugby friend.
1. The great man himself: Lawrie McMenemy. Big Mac as we affectionally call him.
2. Wee Gordon Strachan.
In my opinion they are the two best managers we have had. Forget God Hod, Nicolls, Rednapp, etc. Big Mac and Wee Gordon for us.

Tottenham Hotspur

The best manager we have had in the last twenty years has been Terry Venables. His ability to read games and make changes was memorable. He also managed to talk some wonderful players into joining the ranks at White Hart Lane.

Our worst manager was Christian Gross who never appeared to get to grips with the English Game.
