Educate yourself about Tourettes, please. Coprolalia occurs in VERY FEW patients and is not a requirement for a diagnosis. You have fallen for the unfunny jokes, and misrepresentations of Tourettes.

Try an elastic band to keep its mouth shut, that way you can take it off to eat and then put it back on when it tries to talk.
If you chose to super glue its beak up, surely it wouldn't last long because like a living things, it would need water to live, it can go longer with no food, but surely that would just annoy it some more?

Supergluing it's beak shut would stop the swearing alright, but it might go a bit stiff. It would cease to be, shuffled off this mortal coil, gone to meet it's maker, joined the choir invisible. It would be an Ex-Parrot!

They only repeat what they hear!
You should not have any pets if you even think of treating them like this!!
Super glue your own mouth and then see what happens!!!
