That could be a tall order. Your best bet is to attend the big Mopar event, held annually (usually springtime) in Carlisle, PA. They have a huge swap meet.

There's a lot of companies out there selling replacement upholstery for these. Year One is probably the biggest. They don't have the frames, but if you have a set of seats that are falling apart, you can buy what you need to make them look like new.
If you absolutely must have a set of original seats, though, you'll need to hit swap meets and Mopar car shows. You can sometimes find them for sale on Mopar message boards like Moparts.com, too.
