Think of it like water building up behind a dam, the pressure grows and grows until the walls burst and that water comes gushing down.
For a woman, it is muscles constricting and a lot of pulsations.
Keep in mind that about 30% of women don;t achieve an orgasm with sex.

You just feel the pleasure suddenly intensify for about 2-10 seconds. You will probably feel the urge to press something against your body as tightly as possible. After the few seconds have elapsed, you relax and cannot feel the pleasure anymore, even if your body is still being stimulated.
I could not orgasm for the longest time during sex. My problem was that I didn't really know how I wanted to be stimulated. It felt good, but I didn't know how to be stimulated to orgasm. My advice is to be more active and try to grind against your partner. Let yourself go, and actively engage your partner. Only about 60% of women can have a vaginal orgasm, so try some clitoral stimulation.
I hope I helped!

it is not psychological. a lot of women don't have orgasms.
I say try oral sex or some amazing form of foreplay before sex, it takes way longer for a woman to climax than a man...so you're likely jumping into sex too fast and therefore not getting to the point of orgasm..

Bless you.
An orgasm is just AMAZING, you feel ultimate pleasure and all your muscles contract and expand, put it this way, you would definately know if you have had one!!
What I would suggest is getting a vibrator, you don't have to go into a seedy sex shop, you can simply go on www.naturalinstinct.com or www.annsummers.com and buy one, they arn't expensive, one of my ery first ones was only £10 off the first website I mentioned to see if I liked them. I would recommend not putting it all the way up, but holding it on the outside near your clitoris and lying on your stomach, it works for me!!! Good luck

You haven't given yourself an orgasm? Too bad. It's muscles contracting and releasing, synapses firing, exploding fireworks kind of feeling that then subsides. I liken it to climbing a hill and throwing yourself off the other side.

May be you had orgasm but you didnt notice.....
Many women dont know that they had orgasm, if you want to know actual orgasm then try this:
Try to play with your clitoris, for a few moments imagining the man of your fantasy and imagining playing with him you will definately reach a point of orgasm, once you reach that you yourself will know how is feels.....

As an additional caveat, I wonder if it feels similar to a male orgasm. I guess we'll never know for sure......
