My question is that what is better for job Bs in electrical or Bs in Management or Bs in Com or Bs in Maths If i complete from USA

If you are completing it from USA then all world is yours. There are huge number of opportunities for each. You can get money as well as experience in all. So its better to focus on your liking- whether you want to do technical stuff or managerial stuff. But remember you have to work equally hard in all. In my opinion, its easy to migrate from technical field to management but reverse is slightly difficult. And this is Bachelors so if you are not determined to do management, then its better to do BS in ELEC, COM or Maths depends on your liking. And later you can always do Masters in Management if you want.

It depends on what job you are applying for. If it's a field that is related to math or science, then of course a BS in electrical engineering, math or computer science will be better than a BS in Management. However, if you're going into a field that has to do with Business, then a BS in Management will be favorable.
