Well:
- ice cream cones (yeah, I know - but somewhere there are people who have to design them)
- packaging for fireworks
- machine parts (like airplanes, etc.)
- ends of pens
If you are looking for a calculus example, packaging works perfectly. You can use calculus to figure out what kind of cone will give use the least amount of materials for the size you need it to be. (For example, you need your ice cream cone to hold 8 ounces of ice cream, what height and diameter would give you a cone that uses the least amout of materials and have a volume of 8 ounces?)

Good lists from the last two posters. I'd add:
Sound amplification (megaphones, bullhorns).
Concession stands. Cones provide a great way for concession stands to give you a drink that is much smaller than it looks, thereby increasing profits.
