This is a fictional book and that doesn't mean he is leading people away from God. Half the people in the world don't believe in God anymore! But thats beside the point. It was a creative book, a one-time reader.

I didn't care for the book, but for much different reasons than you.
It's FICTION people!! Are all fiction writers going to hell? What about the one's who write SciFi stories with other planets and gods, etc?
With that said, I thought it was written terribly, and not a very original story either, it's been told before.

The DaVinci Code replaced into organic fiction. Dan Brown, the author of it even reported so. devil used him to reason Christians to disclaim Jesus & reason their faith to falter or quit thoroughly, era. He (devil) did a stable activity of coming up a lot of non-Christians and a few professing Christians to doubt their faith via believing Brown's malarkey. i think of maximum smart people are conscious of it fairly is a made up tale, strictly fiction. the guy who wrote the e book which debunked each thing interior the DaVinci Code did an stunning activity. The history Channel did a application on the two books. Dan Brown got here out after the e book that debunked it & introduced lower back that it replaced into in undemanding terms fiction. Even after he did so as that 2nd time, people who wanted to have faith so very plenty that it replaced into actuality persisted to realize this. does not that inform you the way efficient devil is? i replaced into so satisfied to hearken to people i know say issues like they under no circumstances could have believed any element of The DaVinci Code. the guy who debunked it fairly did do his examine. somebody published till now that she replaced into shocked to renowned that Mary Magdalene replaced into not a prostitute. If one might take time to determine the Bible & be taught It as properly to going to any standard Christian church's centers, Sunday college instructions, discipleship coaching instructions, Bible instructions, & different instructions provided, one might know those issues. The Bible says that she had 7 demons solid out of her via Jesus & nowhere does It say she replaced right into a prostitute. My wager is that some atheist, agnostic, or a "professing Christian" not a "actual Christian" (definite there's a brilliant distinction between a professing one & a actual one) reported that she replaced right into a prostitute & people did not subject to circulate in the present day to the source, the Bible, to parent for themselves. BTW, i'm a Christian.

I personally don't like it either since it simply doesn't seem well written and it's also suffered from severe overexposure.
On the other hand, if it gets people to question their religious beliefs and to ask whether some things they've believe to be fact may indeed be fictitious, well then that seems like a good thing.
It's good - in fact, healthy to doubt the beliefs you've grown up to believe in.

You will be right next to him for having the audacity to do God's job of judging. Hypocrite. The book says the exact same thing I have been saying for years, the Bible didn't fall out of the sky, it didn't arrive here as a fax from heaven. It was written by man.
