It's not always being afraid. Many are raised with a Puritanical ideal of their bodies and sex, where not only is there body "unclean", so is sex. People are made to feel guilty about their sexuality like it is something terrible. Religions have made people believe anything enjoyable is wrong and their god will spite them for enjoying their life.
My wife was raised Southern Baptist and had many, many sexual hang-ups when we first met. She didn't deep down believe them, but she still felt the guilt associated with sex and sex acts. She was told she was dirty "down there" and thus although she enjoyed receiving oral sex immensely she was always worried about having it performed on her.
This was hard for her to reconcile. Her church and parents had told her it was terrible, but at the same time it didn't seem terrible. Eventually, she was able to shed the guilt associated with being a vibrant, sexual woman. Today, there are no tabboos. ;-)

I am not affraid to try almost anything but i there is no need for me to put my business out there. What i do is between me and the person i do it with. Its not that I care what people think, its just that i have some respect for myself and also respect for the younger ones that are using this site.
