Yes, but probably not much for you ( demographically) The democrats will probably repeal bush's Tax Cuts for the wealthy (top 2% wealthy). If your taxes go up it will not be by very much , and they will probably not be raised above what they were before Bush put his tax cuts in place.
the spending is also likely to decrease and hopefully some of that money will go to pay off the national debt.

It would not matter if the administration had decreased the deficit from the previous administration, Dems are known for their love of High taxes.
