Believe Lubricant is silicone based. Door catches and acts like it wants to jump off tract or buckle and break track and screw drive. What to do? Door worked fine until lubricant put on screw drive. Genie does not answer its phone on Sundays

your door is binding
the lube on the screw drive just allowed it to run at the proper speed so that this became noticable
May be that several of your rollers need lube too

Pull the safety release and operate the door manually until you can contact Genie. I've lubricated my door without problems like this. Are you certain nothing else was done or changed at the same time?
