Because sex and humor sell products. It gets your attention, and you will remember commercial. When you remember commercial you tend to buy that product. Or at least that is the theory.

yeh say asda were selling melons and on the advertisement people were having sex. the man would say "check out her mellons" not only is that funny its unforgettable ssssooooo good strategy

your eyes and ears obsorb things differently and they know this. so to sell you something that you dont need anyway they test you by your senses
