First of all, if you don't understand what you are talking about, being vague will only hurt you, as we cannot help you. Secondly, the more information you provide to us, the better we can help.. Questions like "Computer broke, screen is black. Help?" will not tell us anything about your problem. The more you can say about it, the better!

If you want us to give you tech support. TELL US EVERYTHING!!! I don't care how menial it is to you.. it might make a difference.

Because if they knew enough to know what information they should give us, they might be able to fix the problem themselves, especially if the solution is that they accidentally unplugged something.

I agree with you brmwk. I do feel that some people just don't know what the vital information is. In my brief period of helping here at yanswers I have seen many post that don't even come close to providing the needed information that would help to resolve their problem.

Lol, right on dude! Things like - "My USB device is not working" won't quite cut it. The more info, the more specs, the better and always, always state your operating system!!!
