Those are called drummer quarters and they are worth .25 cents. People say they are good luck. Depends on if you are superstitious. The quarter isn't silver, it's a biscuit, meaning if you look on the ridged side, it's like copper and silver, like a biscuit. Only worth .25 cents.

Only the proofs and silver clad have any added value.
