There is no "built-in" way to do this within Operating Systems like XP but there are plenty of free tools out there that allow you to see different time zones.
For example, Microsoft offers a free utility that runs in the system tray and allows you to easily view the date and time in various locations around the world: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=bff59fcf-3148-40b8-a286-fe7274f6e4d8&displaylang=en
If you do an internet search for "time zone tools" or "time zone software" you might find one that better meets your needs though.
Good luck!

It won't be on your toolbar, but it's a nice, small window with four time zones of your choice on it, plus your own. Check it out, it's free and it's a quick download....

No. You only have one choice with windows. I did however do time + software search and there seems to be lots of different options to get another clock for your computer.
