help as i can't affored to buy any, i am intersted in TANGO, SALSA, JAZZ AND FLAMINCO any of them will do for now

www.ballroomdancers.com has short video clips for Tango and Salsa. It is not exactly dancing courses, it just short clips. You are unlikely to find on-line dance courses of any quality because this is how dance instructors make living - by offering dance classes and instructional videos for a fee. There is a lot of stuff on youtube and on yahoo.videos but like I said you never know which ones are good quality.
It is better if you look for a very inexpensive group classes. Community colleges offer evening classes for a very small fee. One more thing: the name of the dance is Flamenco.
