Too fast for anyone that needs to ask this question!

What 530cc bike would that be? No manufacturer has ever made a 530. KTM made 540cc.

Serious answer to your question. A four stroke 450cc single cylinder dirt bike will usually have a top speed of about only 60 mph because of gearing for MX tracks. The enduro version will top out at much higher speeds - up to 100mph depending on external gearing.

Two stroke 500cc MX'er will go about 75mph stock, easily hitting speeds above 100mph with some basic mods and regearing.

Multi cylinder street bikes in the 550cc range can go faster, up to 140mph if geared correctly.

Again, if you have to ask, you don't have the experience needed to handle anything that big and powerful.
