Top. A pal of mine was on a ferry, he was in the bottom bunk and the guy above was sick. not a good experience.

Depends on the age of the child. I wouldn't put any child under the age of 6 in a top bunk. Even though I was in the top bunk at the age of 4 and lived to tell about it, I've heard there is a high rate of young children being injured and even killed from falling off or hanging themselves from the top bunk.

Am having to buy two sets of bunk beds for my boys as neither is willing to go on the bottom bunk!! Does that answer your question?

Top! if you can get your big sister to lie in the bottom one and push the top bunk from underneith with her feet. Then you bounce up and down like some mental person.

the top is good cos u can irritate the person on the bottom but if u on the bottom u can make Ur own little den and hide lol

Top. I always had to sleep on the bottom as I was the youngest and spent all my waking moments pulling and tugging at the sheets and blankets poking through the wires!!
