there is nothing you can do but let time works it's magic and even then there are no guaranties.My youngest is 2 1/2 and my nipples are sill not the same color as they were before kids.

The nipples will become dark if play or suck it too often. Once you stop these "activities", the colour will be less dark again.

Nothing but T-I-M-E! When your hormones get back to a non-prengancy / delivery level, then the pinkness will return. I've just learned to accept these, the world's weirdest areolas. Can't wait to get back to "normal."

It's hormones. They will get lighter on their own with time. Really nothing you can do to change it. Relax and be proud of your new momma's body that can grow and nourish a baby!

I wish I knew the answer to that!! Mine got SO dark during pregnancy. I've read up on it and its not garunteed that the color will fade..and if it does it may not go back to your pre pregnancy color.

I assume you just had a baby?? My nippples got almost black when i was breastfeeding and they are just fine now.. It is natural and they will go back on their own.
