To find it, you have to find 2 numbers whose product is -15 and whose sum is 2.
-3 x 5= -15
-3+5= 2

(x-3) (x+5)=0

x=3
x=-5

Then my the Zero Product Rule (If the product of two numbers is zero then one of the numbers (or both) must be equall to zero.
x + 5 = zero or x -3 = zero,
x equalls -5 or 3
