OK... if you're shopping for "c.o.c.k."... you're not looking for a decent guy.
Guys who go to clubs to meet chicks are only looking for one thing. Maybe try more of a lounge bar or pub... someplace where guys aren't going JUST to score.
Obviously, school or work are places to meet other people... or friends of friends.
