I was watching a show on tv a few weeks ago and there was girl named Ryan and I loved it!! My husband says no. What do you think? Do you have any suggestions for a middle name?

Ooh..I love Ryan for a girl. Its so cute. For a middle name, go with something girly since Ryan is typically a boys name. If your husband won't agree with Ryan for a first name, I think it would make a cute middle name too.

I have a good friend named Ryan and it's a girl, love the name! I agree with some of the other posters, use a girly name for the middle name. Some suggestions:

Ryan is cute for a girl. I may spell it differently. Ryanne or something. How about Rhiannon? That kind of sounds simular and maybe you could call her Ryan?
I'd use a three or four sylable middle name if you name her Ryan, though.

Ryan is soooo awesome for a girl. I love names meant for boys but used as Unisex. Like Tyler and Taylor. Male and Female names. Ryan middle name could be Joey? It's a Unisex name.

The name Ryan actually has been a popular name for girls since 1974! And think about that really pretty actress who's a girl named Ryan Newmon! It can be a girl's name! :)

Well I know a little 3 yr old girl named Ryan and her middle name is Mauri (not sure the spelling) Mauree.. kinda like Mary but with the beginning sound of "Mar". Most often when I here her family say her name they say them both together. However it's to cute if you ask her her name a lot of time she'll say simply Mauri
