Installing a new video card. This helps speed up all the rendering of the programs and there visuals. 128-

Installing a Faster RPM Hard drive. Most hard drives are 7200rpm. This is ok for everyday use. Still look into it. Installing a new hard drive with more space usually helps.

I had lot of application installing themselves on my computer while i was on internet, I really didnot know anything about this applications untill i had adware. spam blockers like adware helps a lot to remove these unwanted applications and so reduces the memory requirement and in turn speed up ur computer.
U can get adware for free from the internet for home use
U can also click ctrl+alt+del to see the taskmanger to see which processes are running and see if u can find any unwanted application that u donot require.
Also do u have enough of harddisk space free for virtual memory ? try to delete any unwanted files or copy them to a backup media like cd and free up some more harddisk space for virtual memory.

Go to add remove programs from control pannel and see if u find some unwanted applications to remove. this also should speed up ur computer

Hello, try to remove redundant programs that load at the start up for example some program icons you see in the bottom right hand corner of your PC called the notification area of the task bar. You might try searching for a program called Advanced Uninstaller Pro 2004 in download.com cos program (free) may help you to remove unwanted programs in your start menu. One more tip, is to defragment your PC often.

Delete cookies, remove anything on your desktop that you aren't using because they take up extra memory. You can also go to your start menu, then accessories and then system tools...click on disk defragmenter. It takes awhile but it should help!
You can also buy more memory to install into your computer. Check for viruses on your computer also.

If you'd given details like what's your OS? What're the system configuration? What programs do you have running there? etc, we could've helped.

Please detail things so that someone else can help you.

I can't now, because I've used up my Answer to tell you this.

Have a nice day.
