Only if you ride it in a parade with a clown suit on!
Cause you'll be going up and down side to side.
Proper tools to do it yourself
Truing stand $150 to $300
Magnetic base $50
Dial indicator $100
Spoke wrench $5
Whole lot of luck.
Unless you are going to do a whole lot of that it's cheaper to have a professional do it.

i might take it to an expert. i've got tried to regulate spokes on a normal bicycle wheel and it quite isn't any longer ordinary, on a bike there is too plenty at stake in case you don't get it relatively a hundred% ideal.

Like Firecraker said - read my answer he talked about if you want to learn how to lace a wheel.
Then search for "Buckled wobbly wheel?" and I'll explain how to true it.
Good luck.

You sure do. You'll be picking yourself and your bike up off the road if you don't.
