i am guy and i have seen many case abt indian girls marrying against their wishes to someone whom they don't love ... only because their parents ask them to .. and they don't want to break the tradition and culture .. all done they get married to someone else
now the crucial question is wat happens to them after marriage .. wat goes into their minds for rest of life .. say she was really believed her lover was good but .. does she still remembers him .. i had similar experience but i can't go and ask her .. i am just curious .. yeah do still remember her .. i am not married yet ..lost interest in that thing too

No person can permanently forget another person with whom he or she has had a relationship. Memories of that person and the times shared with him or ever linger in the memory forever. Over a period of time it fades a lot and slowly shifts from the conscious to the subconscious. Initially, when the memories are very strong and alive, the mind is very tormented. But gradually the woman becomes accustomed to her new life with her husband. And by human nature when a person gets into a groove, he or she doesn't want anything to unsettle that placidity. If all connections with her ex lover is lost, she will slowly become comfortable in her new settings in life. Of course taking into account that her husband isn't bad in the real sense of the term. So when she is idle, those times will visit her mind as fond memories. Not really disturb her.
