No. Shariah is islamic law as interpreted by local muslim religious leaders. Apartheid was a policy or racial separation which kept blacks as an underclass, but never as slaves. Under apartheid in South Africa the authorities never beheaded people for changing religion, never burned women to death for allegedly having sex before marriage, and never endorsed the murder of those who reject islam. Under shariah, all of these evil things have happened. Currently in Sudan arab muslims have black slaves, and are murdering all blacks who resist. Shariah is more evil by far than apartheid.

so the rules and regulations in the tora arent a form of dictatorship? or hows about the bible? they all get used by extremists for their own good but if used by joe bloggs could just be used as a guide to life
