Previous owners left a ton of these and using vinegar + baking soda paste and Barkeeper's Friend hasn't helped lift the stains. Is there a way to bleach them out or cover them up? The vanity is white.

Go to the paint supply section of your local diy store and get a painters sanding sponge, in a fine grit work on the spots gently in a circular motion. . Note , even though the stains will come out. , The sanded areas may appear dull, or chalky compared to the original sheen on the surface. . I use lemon oil, and work it into the dull areas to restore this sheen. No cleaning product is going to remove the stains!

If you have already tried other methods, I use "Comet" cleanser. Dampen the area and your fingertip, apply a little of product, make a paste, rub the area carefully, rinse thoroughly. You may need to repeat a few times. If burn marks are deep, try the fine side of an emery board, gently "sand" the area to lessen the "burn".

Try oven cleaner. Leave it on for about 15 min. Then wipe it off.

Get a new one, nothing takes it out, it's basically melted in even though you can't feel it.
