I have osgood schlatter's in both knees but in the actual joint on my right one it is sore. I did have a big game of ffriday in whic I played like 7/8ths of it. (I was on the bench 2 times for 30 seconds) What chould it be? I'm 13 year old girl if that helps. Thanks.

Thats part of it sweety.the impact causes pain, see a doctor.

you need to rest the knee. put it up on pillows. lay around the house and rest try putting ice and heat on it. They say to heat for 20 minutes then ice for 20 minutes. rotating this might help. Good Luck

Could it be that's something you should be telling your parents, instead of asking strangers about medical advise. Maybe you parents will take you to the doctor to see whats going on.
