Definitely Romo. As seen last week, he is capable of huge weeks, and is facing a banged up Giants Defense. Pennington is the other start that I think you should make. He is facing a Green Bay defense that has given up some big games. Of the others, Kitna has a bad matchup against New England, and Grossman has been playing awful as of late. Also, Harrington is facing a good Jags Defense, so stay away from him.

Romo is the clear cut pick.

Then I would play Pennington. Why cause the Packers have the worst pass D in the league. They give up the most Fantasy Pts to opposing QBs.
