I broke my Alltel phone.?

I want to buy another outright to switch my service to, Does anyone know of any sties where I can get one for cheap without purchasing the plan?

Good luck dealing with alltel,I bought a new phone w/$20.00 rebate and they are doing everything to keep from sending it to me.I just sent them a note and told them if that 20.00 meant that much to them to just keep it .
Paul Harvey advertised and recommends getting a pay as you go phone from wal mart
