The dvd format comes with region settings. These were made so the movie folks could release hot new movies at different dates around the world. It's all about money.

The first time your dvd hardware and/or software is used, you select a "region code".If you open "My Computer", then right click on your dvd drive and select "Properties", then navigate to the "DVD Region" tab, you can actually change your region. WARNING: you can only make this change a few times (five, including your original setting).

You may want to check out http://www.slysoft.com/en/ as well. When you use AnyDVD it strips the region stuff off. Yes, noted, that software is not legal in the EU or USA. Of course, I'm assuming you live in Antigua.

Try finding an American proxy server or a tunnel and use that. If you can fool the computer with the clips on it that you are here, than it should let you watch them. Not sure of a decent proxy, as the free ones are sloooooowwwwww. But, surfing through tunnels isn't soo bad.
