You could create a website. Run auctions on eBay and put a link on there. If you create with Yahoo or MSN, they have a network, too.
Check out your area for Health Fairs. Usually hosted by the hospital and they invite home health agencies & health food stores to rent a booth.
Depending on how expensive your product is, might market at craft fairs. If it's pricey, take something else to sell or give away and hand out literature for your big ticket item.
Offer to do a free lecture & demo for the Lion's club or university extension center. These people are always looking for speakers.
Advertise in mags that are given out free at health food stores, like Energy Times. Classified ads don't cost too much. See if your local health food store will let you put a stack of business cards on the counter.
