My husband is a photographer. One trick he uses is to have his model close her eyes for about 30 seconds. She opens her eyes on his command and he snaps the photo immediately.
The model's eyes adjust to the darkness while her eyes are closed. The pupils do not have time to adjust to light immediately so he gets a dynamic result with large pupils and sharp catch lights in the eyes because they are still very moist (reflecting light). The technique cannot be used with a direct flash or red-eye will result. Bounce the flash off a flash umbrella, reflector, white card or white ceiling or move the flash a few feet from the camera lens (preferably above and to one side).
This trick was employed by photographers long before digital editing was available.
When we see something attractive or sexy, our brain causes our eyes to dilate a little. That model's gaze with the wide pupils is so effective and beautiful because your mind subconsciously perceives the model's dilated pupils as her attraction to YOU. That's why she looks so great. When we are in love, our pupils dilate in order to drink in more of our heart's desire. If it can be replicated in a photo, the results are dramatic. Look at any photo of Aishwarya Rai, the Indian actress and notice the catch lights in her eyes.

Try using false eyelashes. Everyone has a "lazy eye" but with fakes, it is virtually impossible to distinguish. As for the pupils, when using flash photography, the pupils contract. When they do not contract fast enough, they tend to glow red. That's what "red eye reduction" is all about. There is a flash before the flash where the shutter clicks. In professional photo shoots, they use large lamps with a transluscent "shades" in front of the bulb (so there's no direct glare) that do not affect the illumination of the subject. Sometimes these lights are hooked up to flash exactly with the shutter click. The idea is to have bright light that doesn't glare or glow off the subject's pupils. So at home, the best you can do is to be in a bright room, and if using a flash, have the photographer back up but zoom in. And some booze might help your pupils look larger. Try some different makeup techniques, such as smudging your eyeliner with vaseline in a q-tip, or use black shadow and vaseline on a q-tip. Use a brush to apply shadow to your lids rather than the applicator that comes with it. Use much darker shadow that you would normally, in the creases, much lighter to highlight below your eyebrows, and blend, blend, blend. You want to go for the airbrush-fade from dark to light. You might think you look a bit "painted", but in pictures, you'll look fabulous. With digital photography, you can keep shooting, check it out on the computer, and keep shooting until ou get the desired effect. And if you have facial flaws you wish to hide, try pointing your shoulder to the camers and turning your head at the neck (just remember not to hide your chin behind your shoulder!). Or you could try turning fro the camera, but look right at it out of the corner of your eye. Do this and smile, as if you have a dirty little secret. It makes for a sexy, smokin' picture. And when you smile, make sure to not reveal too much of your gums. That makes your teeth look wierd. Some vaseline on your teeth will help your lip slide (smiling too much dries out your gims and makes your lip stick to them). If you have puffiness or swelling around your eyes, try spplying some preparation-h. It is an anti-inflamatory, and reduces puffiness. That's what models use, and I am not making this up! Have fun practicing and playng with this!

Maybe they will use some digital graphic technique to modify the models' eyes. Somehow, the most important factor is their eyes are very sexy naturally on certain angle. So, ask a good photograher to get a good sexy shot of your eyes, then get a PC graphic expert to modify it. Hahahahahahahaha
