No because I don't know what a 'boiled sweet' is. But a lot of American cities have fluoride in the drinking water and that makes our teeth stronger. Also, in the South and West, we get a lot of sunshine and that is good for teeth and bones. BUT Americans on the whole do not eat a healthful diet. Sodas and foods with added sugar and high fat content cause many of us to be FAT.

First, what are boiled sweets? We have many things that you do but we call them by different names. If it's some kind of candy, if we don't have it exactly we have many many different kinds of candy and soft drinks to rot our teeth with in the USA.
One thing we do have that you may not have, that helps our teeth, is that fluoride is put in the water in most places except for the worst little hamlets and rural places that have their own wells. Also toothbrushing is like a religion over here. More than a religion. Religion is for Sunday, Toothbrushing is 3 times a day.everyday.

No, but some of us have sweet boils on our bodies! Some people squeeze them and eat them and say, "Mmmm! Sweet!"

Now I understand what boiled sweets are.
We have them, it's just we have better dental care.
