you connected to the usb is mulfunctioned , windows cannot ditect the device.. what can i do to connect the device properly???

Make sure you have the right driver for your operating system. Visit the manufacturer's website and search for your model number and they should have it. Also test another USB device in the same port to make sure the USB port itself is working. Maybe you don't have the right USB driver in your computer at all. Go to your control panel on your computer and go to system, then device manager and make sure you have USB Root Hub installed. Also make sure you plug the PDA into a rear USB port instead of a front port or a hub. Rear ports get more power to them than others and PDA's need a direct connection to get the right amount of power.

Maybe you aren't inserting your connector firmly into your PDA. If this isn't the case, I can't really recommend anything.
