My best friend is only 27 and I'm 48. His friends and wifes friends are much younger. She catches me looking at other women, hears me speak of women at the office with co-worker or here us talk about lookers. I tell her I would never do anything to hirt her. I'm just looking like many men and women do. How do I comfort her and still have a life and a wife.

You could start by treating her with a little respect. How would you feel if she and her younger friends hung out in front of you talking about "lookers" and young guys they've seen on their outings? Well, women are sensitive about their looks, their age and the feeling of having to "compete" with other women. You should spend more time telling your wife how attractive she is to you instead of explaining why you're spending so much time looking at and talking about other women. You are her husband and you should make her feel good about herself. You need to tell her that no one else compares to her in your eyes and that she is the only woman for you. Think, man...start taking better care of your girl or one day she may not be there.

It's insulting to know that you're gawking at younger women, and you're probably ignoring her in the process. Your comments about the women 1/2 her age are probably degrading and make her feel inferioror to those you are admiring. What a shame that you can't find something in the qualitities of your own wife to gawk at, and make her feel more special. How can you comfort her and still have a life AND a wife?? Stop being a pig and making a spectacle of gawking at women on adult web sites, and start paying attention to your wife.

Looking is one thing that is pretty much human nature but on the other hand when you talk about how so and so is a looker to your friend or co-worker in front of your wife that to me is very disrespectful. Age is merely a number and comfort for her will come from not only how she feels about herself but by the way you make her feel. Tell her she looks nice or sexy etc. when she does. when you're intimate show her and tell her how much she turns you on! People in general tend to be co-dependent, meaning we judge or base our self image on how we are treated both by strangers but more importantly by thhe people who we are closest to. Guy talk needs to be done with the guys not in front of your wife.

If you say that you'll not do anything to hurt her then stop what you are doing cause you're hurting her that's she is upset. And if you love your wife and respect her why are you checking these adult websites? There is more to life than doing nasty things and there are a lot of men and women who are doing wrong things but it doesn't justify anyone else doing them.
My other advise to you is look for friends of your age, someone mature who will give advice when you need one and not kids

What if your wife surfed the web looking at naked men? What if she started looking at men half your age? What if you heard her talking to other women about some good looking hunks?
You are being an insenstive jerk. You say you would never do anything to hurt her. What do you think you are doing now? I bet she feels real special. You are showing absolutely no consideration for your wife's feelings, and you are flaunting your activities in front of her with your neanderthal friends.
You want your wife in your life? Drop the extracurricular activities.

why would you marry your wife, if you wanted to look at other women. I think you just wanted someone in the house to do your cooking and cleaning, but your heart is still out there. You said there is nothing wrong with looking, but that is how it start. the looking all the time, and the seed is planted. One day a woman is going to look back from your mid-life crises. I hope you don't ruin your marriage from it all.

Hey man you should be thankful to your wife for she believes that you are still very attractive - charming enough to make someone half her age elope with you. However, to keep your married life intact start concentrating back on your wife while in the company of others - don't forget she is the only one dependable person you have, others are just fair weather friends.

A guy who doesn't consider his wife his life, is a guy too immature to be married. Sorry, pal. You are hanging out with kids and you are a middle aged man. I feel bad for your wife. How would you feel if all her friends were in their 20s and she visited male porn sites and looked at nude boys with them all the time and then compared you to them? You can't comfort your wife.
