The book states you should take it to an approved dealer to get it fixed -does anyone know if this is a known problem and if so how much it costs to fix it?

You should take it in to a dealer to get the code pulled that made the light come on but if you arent having any running problems then its a good chance that you just left the gas cap loose or something like that. Hope that helps. Good luck!!!
