Get her a teddy bear or other stuffed animal and put the locket around its neck.

A nice chain if you didn't already purchase one. Maybe a tiny picture of you, and/or you and her to put in the locket. A nice soft and warm sweater, pajamas, slippers.

Nice earings, flowers of course, breakfast in bed, a mixed cd ( i know sounds really cheesy) if she into electronics, an ipod or mp3 player, if she likes video games, Nintendo DS lite. Hope this helps
