Has anyone tried any natural (not steroids) testosterone boosting tablets such as ZMA?
I have heard they produce quite good results in terms of helping to pack on muscle mass whilst training and increased performance in the gym in general but...
I have also heard that the side effects can be a bit dodgey like acne and silly hair growth.
Would just like to hear from people who have tried it

I tried them and many other "natural" testosterone boosting products and they did next to nothing for me. For real testosterone boosting, prescription products are necessary. I've been wearing a 5 mg. Androderm patch (testosterone replacement therapy) for two years now. I noticed a change in the way I feel almost immediately, but I could see a difference in muscle mass after a year. Because I'm not that young (over 50), my testosterone level was decreasing noticeably. I was feeling tired, weaker and my general feeling of well-being was diminishing. I now have the testosterone level of a 30-year-old and everything negative that I felt before has disappeared. It's changed me from old to young, not only in feeling but in appearance. People I meet always guess my age to be 15-20 years less than it is. I have had no negative side effects, and I get a thorough physical exam at least once a year. I also now wake up with an erection every morning, which I hadn't done for years. The sexual benefits are nice, but the real benefit is feeling strong and young again in every way.

ZMA is pretty much just a blend of zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6.

If you have a zinc or magnesium deficiency, your testosterone level can be affected - so supplementing with zinc and magnesium will help top up your Z and M levels, thus getting your T levels back to normal. But it can't push your T levels higher than that.

If you aren't Z or M (or vitamin B6) deficient, it probably won't do anything.

It's also much cheaper to buy these supps separately, rather than pre-combined in the "patented" ZMA combination.

yes i tried the ZMA so much and it was worthless garbage and never raised my hormones not one bit. Waste of $$$$$$

there were no good effects and no bad effects.

You must realize that exercise and workouts in themselves - will raise your hormone levels.

I have tried every herb, supplement, and new product for sale on this earth - and none of them increased my virility or strength not one bit.

I did get some boost from Tribulus Terrestris High-Strength capsules. this herb made me produce much more semen when I masturbated - but that's all it did and the effects were only transient.

If you want to experiment - these are my recommendations -WHO KNOWS??? Perhaps your body will react better than mine did:

Tribulus Terrestris Extract Capsules

MACA herb capsules from Peru - hormone "booster"

Tongkat Ali Jack - extract 100:1 capsules - from Malaysia - famous to increase men's virility & sex hormones

Zinc 100 mg. daily with vitamin B-complex tablet daily - really does stimulate testosterone production to its maximum. but if you're at your max already - it can't work miracles.

Cissus Quadrangularis extract capsules - this Indian herb boosts men's hormones gradually. It helps workouts and muscle fatigue.

17-HD capsules from Vyotech 1-800-811-5631 - these give an IMMEDIATE hormonal boost or "rush" - they made me too jittery.
You must take this just prior to a real workout.

AVOID Yohimbe herb - this raises blood pressure, affects the heart badly ,and has many dangers in it.

Email me directly if you need more advice and info.

Don't contaminate your body with 'stuff.' The best way to increase testosterone is with exercise. Read below: EXERCISE REGULARLY In addition to improving mental and physical health, regular exercise promotes healthy sexual function and helps to improve sexual virility. Aim to exercise at least 4-5 times per week, incorporating moderate cardiovascular exercise in addition to strength training. Regular exercise promotes healthy blood circulation and increases testosterone and growth hormone levels, all of which promote increased sexual virility and sexual function. Everything ABOUT your body is determined by YOUR genetics. When they decide to kick in - then things will happen - and NOT before. You cannot rush - nor re-program genetics. You will not finish puberty until at least age 21 - or later. More changes could be headed your way - nobody knows for sure. You just need to have patience - & wait to see what all develops.

The "natural" testosterone boosters are junk. A complete waste of money. Get a multivitamin, it has almost the same thing in it. Stick with a good quality whey protein powder (EAS is my personal favorite). The only thing that boosts testosterone is the real test boosters (Deca, D-bol, Testosterone Cypionate, etc). Which you can buy for about the same price as the junk GNC sells.

Hey there,
A good natural remedy for premature ejaculation can be found on this site http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=565

Rapid climax, early ejaculation, premature ejaculation, whatever you call it, it’s a problem plaguing hundreds of men, although many might not admit it. That’s because ever since ancient times sexual performance has been linked to a man’s virility and masculinity. It’s easy to understand then why a man might want to avoid talking about his ejaculation concerns, either with his partner or anyone else. However, premature ejaculation is actually the most common sexual problem faced by men. Whether it is a persistent concern, or just an occasional incident, most men have reported having some trouble with controlling their ejaculation at one point or another.
Cheers.

I have used ZMA. Only side effect i can tell ya about is SHORT FUSE DISORDER, i often found myself ready to bite someones head off without cause.

Careful I have also read the increased Zinc in your blood makes you kinda dizzy or light headed if it gets to severe, so cycle on and off when possible

I have tried yohimbe; an herb that naturally boosts testosterone. And, yes; it does make me break out a little when I take it, but the energy & stamina is definitely pronounced.

Dont do it just work out correctly and you will see the results. Your body makes enough testosterone and an over indulgence of anything will do you harm. You may like the results at first and on the surface but you will suffer the consequences for sure.
