No you cannot use I with is. You can say I am. ex: I am so glad you asked because I hate when people use is wrong. (and a lot of people do)

No,it's not possible, because I is a first person noun or possesive and is is a third person verb. 1st and 3rd word CANNOT go together

I am answering your question now. (Present Tense).
I am, I was, I will but never, ever 'I is' except on the rare occasion when you are talking about 'I' - e.g., 'I' is the next letter of the alphabet after 'H'.......................

"It is I"
since the "I" is preceded by a linking verb, in this case "is", you have to use the nominative case of pronouns (I, she, he, we, they).
So when someone calls you and asks, "May I please speak with ______". The grammatically correct answer would be "This is he", not "This is him".

We can't use 'I' with 'is'.We can use with third person singular.
i.e., 'He is','She is', 'It is'.
