By law, if you box in a boiler, it must be lined with asbestos or other fireproof material. It could also invalidate any fire insurance you may have if you didn't do this. Forthermore, you must leave enough space for maintenance, and a free air supply to the main burner.

Tkere are many regulations when building around a boiler, make sure you know them.

Whatever you build don't build it to close to the unit give it at least 3 feet around if possible allowing fresh air and space for repairs

your cheapest and quickest solution for me would be measure height width depth and see if you can pick a wall unit up pref a flat pack.when you assemble it leave back panel out .then just notch out for pipework with a jigsaw.you probably get a matching door to match existing kitchen if its in there that is.look about for some sales you always get oddments
