One should not go by past glory and assess things based on current performance. The recent performance of Gangulhy has not been worth a place in the Indian Team, leave alone captaincy. He has been inducted in the team because of poor performance of Indian Team in the ODI and lot of uproar in the country. First of all he has to cement his place in the Indian Team before talking about making him captain.

why do you want to add more pressure on Ganguly while he is trying to make a comeback to Indian team after 9-10 months ?
why do you want to victimize Dravid for failure of entire team during the last 5-6 months ?

dravid is a great guy, but too soft and nice to be a captain. a captain need to lead and motivate a team to victory. He is playing well himself, and it looks like he is only consenrtqting to his play, rather than the teams performance

Let him play as player first. Let him proof. Remember he was dropped only for his poor performance.On those days we were asking Ganguly to step down.

i am very much agree with you.because sourav is a good captain,he can be compare only with ricky ponting.dravid as a bats man very good ,but as captain he is not much successfull.
